- Legislation
- An overarching Privacy Impact Assessment
- A Data Access Framework based on the internationally recognized Five Safes model
The Health Data Platform only uses de-identified data that is stripped of any information that could potentially identify individuals. It treats all the data including de-identified data as confidential and sensitive and thus is subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA) same as all government information.
